If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@omnirvana.net with your order number and photos of the product. We will review your case with care and compassion, and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

We kindly ask you to double-check sizes, colors, and details before placing your order to ensure your choice aligns with your vision. Since each product is custom-printed, changes after purchase are not possible.
